This Is What 2 Chainz's Girl Looks Like

If you're like me, then you've noticed the love that 2 Chainz has in describing his idea of the perfect woman in his lyrics. As colorful as some of his commentary has been, I found this to be pretty funny on the part of XXL and that's saying a lot considering they've lacked a lot of creativity ever since the departure of former editor-in-chief's, Elliott Wilson and Datwon Thomas.

A lot of urban magazines have to be quite honest and it's disappointing to see the climate of the magazine industry take such a drastic turn toward irrelevancy, due mostly in part to the internet steadily growing to be the means for a lot of people when it comes to accessing news/content.

It wasn't always that way, I remember, and the thing that's lost in all of this is how reduced a magazine rating has become. 5 Mics in The Source used to mean "classic" in lot of our eyes; but ever since Lil' Kim was given the iconic rating for her "Naked Truth" album, it's only been since given out twice and some would even argue that the value of the rating has been tainted.

Obviously, my position is that of the latter but I'll address my further reasoning behind that in a future post. As bonus, I've included a more "telling", NSFW video of what 2 Chainz's girl may REALLY look like. No need to thank me, either. You're welcome.

Texas Chainsaw 3D [Trailer]

I remember Trey Songz announcing on 106 & Park a few weeks back that he would be involved in a new Texas Chainsaw Massacre project and as skeptical as I was about the premise of that, my opinion has changed only slightly after watching the trailer. You see, I'm not much of a fan of a franchise jumping all over the place and, certainly, the Texas Chainsaw Massacre has had a very interesting run in theaters; but why a direct sequel to the 1974 original is just now being made is beyond me. If anything, this idea should've come a long time ago, but I'm not going to nitpick about the matter. Texas Chainsaw 3D arrives in theaters on January 4 and stars Alexandra Daddario, Tania Raymonds, Scott Eastwood, and Trey Songz.

TDE × BET Music Matters Tour: Kendrick Lamar Brings Out J. Cole in North Carolina

In my opinion, the whole J.Cole/Diggy Simmons beef was a little overblown; but I find it fascinating that an artist like J. Cole would even entertain an up-and-coming artist like Diggy Simmons in the first place. Diggy hasn't quite reached the level of acclaim of J. Cole and the more this continues, the more it could present J. Cole as weak.

My biased opinion aside, however, I think it's worth mentioning that J. Cole absolutely killed Diggy Simmons in his freestyle at the 2:06 mark. How Diggy will respond remains to be seen, but I assure you that this is one rap beef that has been merely reduced to child's play at this point.

From Redbox To A Vending Machine That Serves Pizza...

This past summer I had the pleasure to intern at the Johnson Center for the Arts in Troy and whenever I would have free time, I would spend a majority of it on the internet as I would complete work/assignments and I remember coming across a strange piece of news about a new kind of vending machine that would be rolling out into the U.S. that would serve pizza.

As unbelievable as that sounds, my curiosity could only be tempered by watching the video above and, even now, I'm still in disbelief as to how far technology has advanced to where we can seemingly get damn near anything out of a vending machine nowadays.Candy and sodas were one thing, but who would've ever imagined that video rentals, Proactiv, and pizza would eventually follow suit?

The Puss In Boots Old Spice Commercial Parody

The Shrek franchise had gotten a little "stale" if you ask me, so it's nice to see them go in a different direction with a Puss In Boots spin-off. Anyway, I came across this earlier today while watching the Patriots/Jets game and it really caught my eye because of how creative it was for Dreamworks to spoof those ever so popular Old Spice commercials. Admittedly, not much thought seems to go into movie trailers nowadays and it's ridiculous being that we are constantly bombarded with so many. I just hope that as different as this one is, that the movie itself is as good as advertised. That is, at least one could only hope.

La La Vasquez Stripped Down To Her Bra × Panties On ‘La La’s Full Court Life’

[Click HERE to watch the video of La La stripping down to her bra x panties]
I don't watch VH1 often but, when I do, it pays off when moments like the one that happened a week or so ago on "La La's Full Court Life" become viral. I wasn't able to catch the actual episode due to a heavy load of homework that night but, for those that missed it, La La and a few of her friends have come up with a plan to lose weight and, in order to set their starting points, decide to step on a scale to be able to better measure their progress.

From there, La La strips down to her bra and panties, revealing quite a bit for a reality TV show, and, if I can just say so myself, she has one AMAZING body. She always has, in my opinion, and the thing that I don't get is how comfortable Carmelo Anthony could be with all this?! Lord knows that if I were married to this woman that I wouldn't want to share any of this with the world, but I think it says a lot about La La, in a sense, that she's comfortable enough with her body to be this open. I wish a lot more women were less self-conscience in this way about their body; but, then again, not many come close to La La and, Charlie Sheen aside, Carmelo Anthony is definitely winning.

Lil' Wayne's Public Service Announcement

Death can mirror irony at times, simply because it's almost as if people only truly appreciate you once you're dead and gone. By no means am I taking anything away from Steve Jobs, but I have to give Lil' Wayne all the credit in the world for taking the time to do something like this. A lot of artists could never be as open and candid as Wayne is here in this video and the best part of it all, at least to me anyway, is being able to see a little insight into the thought process of the enigma known as Lil' Wayne.

"Runaway" | A Film by KanYe West

KanYe West premiered his short film "Runaway" earlier tonight and I think it's pretty safe to say that this man is a genius. No other artist has this much ingenuity (let alone creativity) to be able to encompass such a beautiful array of art on film and, in my opinion, I think this only heightens the anticipation/interest in "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy".

Lloyd Banks & Juelz Santana Play Def Jam Rapstar

I'm usually not into the Guitar Hero/Rock Band video game format, but Def Jam Rapstar is something that definitely caught my interest. Yes, I'm well aware that it's nothing more than Hip-Hop karaoke; but I still wanna play it. I just don't want to pay the $60 bucks or so in order to do so.

Anyway, here's a video I came across (courtesy of XXL.com) that features Lloyd Banks and Juelz Santana playing Def Jam Rapstar. You would think it would come natural for these guys since they hold a mic in their hand for a living; but something about karaoke just ignites instant laughter. Not to mention, pure, unadulterated fun.

Tahiry's 2011 Calender: The Wet Edition [Video Preview]

Sometimes I wonder why girls like this don't exist in the real world... It's a damn shame if you ask me; but in watching this, I can't help but feel as though the term "wet dream" take on an entirely different meaning. If not, maybe it's just me; but NEVER in my life have I looked this forward to buying a calendar.

"What About My Ballsack?"--Axe Commercial

I have to give it to Axe and Old Spice for being creative when it comes to advertising their product but this, right here, has to be one of the more clever of the commercials I've seen. If not, the funniest.

This Ain't Sesame Street XXX

I remember hearing about this a couple weeks back and I just knew that Saturday Night Live was going to have a field day with this one.

First things first, I am not a fan of Katy Perry. I think she has no talent whatsoever but, then again, it's no secret, also, that part of my disdain for her has to do with Maxim placing her #1 in their Hot 100.

There are so many other women that deserve that over her but, to Maxim's credit, I can't be mad when a pair of Double D's create this much controversy.

As for the Sesame Street episode (click here to view) that was pulled, I watched it for myself and saw nothing wrong. A little big of cleavage has never hurt anybody and, last I checked, there are far worse things on TV that "some" of these mothers need to be more concerned about.

For instance: CSI, NCIS, & Criminal Minds. All of these shows are graphic in detail but, yet, I'm supposed to believe that Katy Perry's boobs pose that much of a problem? As nice as they are, I don't think so. Whatever disconnect there seems to be here is something that needs to be addressed; but, thankfully for SNL, they know exactly how to lighten the mood.

I just find it funny that none of the Dad's took offense to this. Just goes to show how simple men really are, I suppose.

KiD CuDi × Complex

In my opinion, KiD CuDi is one of the dopest up-and-coming M.C.'s and the last thing Hip-Hop needs is a beef between him and Wale. Truthfully speaking, Hip-Hop has never been as unified as it is now and to just see these two ignite beef over something as small as a verbal jab is just nonsense. Besides, what Wale said in his "Thank You" freestyle was nothing to take offense to; but somehow or another, KiD CuDi lived up to his alias of Mr. Rager and took offense to it and is really talking reckless with some of the excerpts I read from this upcoming issue of Complex Magazine. Needless to say, Wale responded moments after this hit the internet (via twitter) and I guess a war of words have been set in motion. Where things go from here is beyond me but, personally, I say they just squash all this and, instead, focus on making "G.O.O.D" music. Pun intended.

On a brighter note, "Man On The Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager" is set to hit stores this November.

Why Porn Stars Shouldn't Be Rappers [The Pinky Edition]

I'm not going to sit here and pretend like I've never watched a porno before, but is it just me or is there a lot of porn stars that are trying to be rappers all of a sudden? First Brian Pumper and now Pinky?!?! Be that as it may, I'm more of a fan of what Pinky does in the bedroom rather than what she's doing here, but I just felt like I had to post this because it's really not all that bad. Seriously. The only thing that would've make this video even better is if she was naked the whole time. Misogynistic I know but, chances are, you were thinking the same thing. I just had the balls to say it.

[UPDATE]: Looks like my prayers have been answered. Click here to view. NSFW.
