Kanye Pushes Album Up To November, Confirms Title As "808's & Heartbreak"

According to his blog, Kanye West has feverishly finished his upcoming album, 808's & Heartbreak, and will release it sometime in November. The album, originally slated for December, will feature West's current single "Love LockDown" and is rumored to rely heavily on the use of the auto-tune effect. Although that has not quite been confirmed, 808's & Heartbreak will still be a welcome addition to Kanye's catalog and be monumental in pushing Hip-Hop to new boundaries.

Now, for my two cents. I think it's a smart move for Kanye to release 808's & Heartbreak as soon as possible, because he'll [undoubtedly] capitalize off of anticipation alone. Not to mention, if things had of stayed as scheduled, it would've been Kanye Vs. 50: Part II and that's already been done before. 50 should take a loss and move on, in my opinion, but maybe he'll realize that when his new album, Before I Self-Destruct, blows up in his face.

Getting back on track, I think the direction Kanye is going in will suit him well and will prove to be a success; but too many rappers are singing nowadays and that's [really] not a good look. Let's just hope Hip-Hop grows out of this faze; if not, God help us all.
